WHO WE ARE
Crown Financial Services (CFS) provides financial shared services to Hallmark and its subsidiaries, all of whom are internal customers. Services include Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Business Expense, and Payroll. Accuracy, reliability, problem solving, process improvements and efficiencies, and a focus on customer service are critical to our success. The credit representative role is part of Accounts Receivable and is a critical liaison between Hallmark and our retail customers.

WHAT THIS ROLE ENTAILS AND HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE
As a Credit Representative, you will be assigned a group of retail customers and are responsible for collections, deduction management, invoice error resolution, and order review/approval. Externally you'll interact with business owners and accounts payable personnel. Internally you will engage with IT, Sales, and Customer Care.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

The following is required to be considered for this role:



  • Associate's degree OR 2+ years' experience in accounts receivable collections, accounting, finance, or corporate office role including customer service
  • Experience in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Experience with other Office 365 applications such as Teams, Outlook, and PowerPoint



PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Your resume will stand out if you have:



  • Experience with SAP, preferably with the Accounts Receivable module
  • Customer service mind-set
  • Basic accounting skills
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and stay organized
  • Great verbal and written communication skills including listening

  • This is a hybrid role, working on-site at Hallmark's Headquarters a couple days each month
  • This is a progressive role that will be filled at the level based on the skills and experience of the selected candidate
