This position provides critical support for end users of the electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring accurate and timely updates that align with patient care needs and organizational standards. The ideal candidate possesses advanced knowledge of EHR systems, strong keyboarding skills, and the ability to navigate and manipulate multiple databases efficiently. Responsibilities include resolving inquiries from patients, providers and auditors; maintaining compliance with federal, state and medical center regulations; supporting initiatives related to performance improvement, privacy, risk management and information technology. The role requires effective triage and problem-solving skills, as well as participation in workgroups and cross functional teams to support continuous improvement and operational excellence. Ensure the quality of data collection coordinationand analysis for clinical revenue cycle and performance improvement purposes Communication for Leadership Internal and External Customers Troubleshoots Issues and Workflow Identify effective and efficient process improvement solutions and opportunities Mastering and ability to demonstrate the mastering of Information Technology functions. Position Compensation Range: $21.95 - $34.02 Hourly MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Education: High School Degree or Post High School Tech Training Experience: No years relevant experience Licensure: None required PHYSICAL DEMANDS Job requires sitting for prolonged periods.
