Program Analyst 3

The Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency (PCCD) is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional with excellent interpersonal skills to join our team as a Program Analyst 3. This position is within the Office of Victim Services (OVS) and provides oversight and direction for the daily operation of Pennsylvania's Sexual Assault Kit (SAK) Tracking System. As a Program Analyst 3, you will will provide vital oversight for the SAK Tracking System and serve as a key liaison between project stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration among partners statewide. Specific responsibilities entail managing the overall functionality of the SAK Tracking System, which encompasses system configuration, maintaining a comprehensive statewide user agency database, administering user credentials and access, providing ongoing user support, and developing and delivering training materials for user agencies. You will also be tasked with conducting data review and analysis to ensure the integrity and effectiveness of the SAK Tracking System.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

• Full-time employment
• Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.
• Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, and report to the office at least one day per month. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg.
• Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

• One year as a Program Analyst 2 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
• Three years of analytical experience, two of which include professional experience in program evaluation and the development of program recommendations, and a bachelor's degree; or
• An equivalent combination of experience and training.
