The Professional Services Coordinator is the hub of CATI's implementation, onsite consulting, and training services team and is responsible for coordinating the deployment of all professional services offerings centered around our CORRIDOR software suite. The Professional Services Coordinator plays a central role in the execution of our business as they interface between customers and CATI team members alike to ensure our new customers' onboarding experience is world-class. The successful candidate will report directly to the company's Professional Service Manager.
The successful candidate must be a process oriented, customer focused, multi-tasking individual with a proven track record. In addition, a successful candidate proposes new and creative ideas, possesses highly effective communication skills and enjoys building constructive and effective relationships.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Act as the point of contact in overseeing the planning and execution of all new customer engagements including heavy coordination between the customer, the rest of the professional services team and other internal resources.
- Ensure project metrics are achieved with agreed-upon outcomes for the successful implementation of the assigned project.
- Directly support and consult with customers to set expectations, communicate schedules, and monitor progress.
- Support the other professional services team members to help schedule support and close open action items.
- Manage several concurrent projects of varying size and complexity.
- Help develop, document, monitor and continuously improve internal processes related to managing new customer implementations.
- Define, control and monitor project scopes, resource requirements, timelines and schedule, and deliverables and report progress to stakeholders.
- Perform Professional Services team support functions including scheduling professional services, planning travel and coordinating/delivering training events.
- Use strong problem-solving skills with effective follow through, analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems
What You Need for this Position:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- At least 3 years of project coordination or customer success experience. Experience in SaaS software or ERP software deployment a plus.
- Excellent written, verbal, and analytical skills.
- Top-notch planning & organization skills with a high attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, fast learner with the ability to operate independently.
- You have the ability to multi-task and are comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-changing, entrepreneurial environment.
- You have a strong ability and interest in listening to and working with customers to become their advocate.
- You have the ability to work collaboratively and effectively with internal teams and customers alike.
- You are highly motivated with a strong work ethic and must possess personal qualities of integrity and dedication to the company's mission.
- You have a high proficiency with all Microsoft Office products including Microsoft Project or other project management software.
- PMP certified a plus
- You are comfortable with travel up to 50% of the time.
