Job Description
  • Collects and reviews documentation of customer participation in program activities to ensure compliance with program requirements and assigned participation hours.

  • Ensures all documentation of participation is accurately entered into the data tracking system at least weekly for every customer.

  • Inputs participation hours and activity details into the designated data system in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Collaborates with program staff to ensure all customers are actively assigned to and engaged in program activities.

  • Communicates with assigned program staff, worksite supervisors, and partner agencies to follow up on missing documentation.

  • May conduct outreach to customers and/or community partners to obtain participation records as needed.

  • Prepares reports related to participation tracking, documentation compliance, and assigned responsibilities.

  • Responsible for preparing, cutting, and mailing participant checks, including incentive checks, Emergency Assistance (EA) checks, and Refugee Cash Assistance (RCA) checks.

  • Partners with the Administrative Coordinator and Project Accountant to ensure accurate and efficient maintenance of banking and financial records.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 2-3 years of related clerical or administrative experience

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Proficiency with office equipment and standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, data entry systems)

  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, coworkers, and the public
