Description

The executive assistant serves as a pivotal member of the administrative team, ensuring that executives can perform their roles efficiently and effectively by providing seamless administrative support. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, a proactive service-oriented approach, advanced IT proficiency, and the ability to manage competing priorities with professionalism. The executive assistant will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, requiring adaptability and resilience.

Responsibilities

- Manage complex calendars including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements while anticipating conflicts and ensuring preparedness.
- Coordinate and organize meetings.
- Draft, edit, and format correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documentation with a high level of accuracy.
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of projects and initiatives.
- Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining a professional and approachable demeanor.
- Provide high-quality, responsive service to requests and anticipate the needs of executives to improve overall efficiency.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Manage and troubleshoot IT tools, platforms, and systems used by executives to ensure seamless operation in both virtual and physical environments.
- Create reports, dashboards or presentations to aid in executive decision-making.
- Applies critical thinking and resourcefulness to overcome challenges and contribute to executive success.
- Prioritizes effectively to meet deadlines and balance competing demands.

Qualifications

- Minimum high school diploma and 6+ years of job experience. Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Copilot) and collaboration tools (Teams).
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills coupled with a service-oriented mindset for building positive relationships with stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is currently USD$36.73 -$63.94 per hour. Starting base pay will depend on relevant experience and skills, training and education, business needs, market demands, the ultimate job duties and requirements, and work location. Skyworks has different base pay ranges for different work locations in the U.S. Benefits include access to healthcare benefits (including a premium-free medical plan option), a 401(k) plan and company match, an employee stock purchase plan, paid time off (including vacation, sick/wellness, parental leave), among others. Employees are eligible to participate in an incentive plan, and certain roles are also eligible for additional awards, including recognition and stock.
