Chief Financial Officer - WebTPA

This position is an opportunity for a dynamic and experienced executive to serve as a key member of WebTPA's executive leadership team in the role of Chief Financial Officer. The Chief Financial Officer is responsible for driving the company's profitable growth by enhancing performance, scaling operations, and optimizing the pricing and positioning of our services. The CFO provides strategic and operational financial leadership, offering guidance, and support to both the WebTPA leadership team and the broader finance organization.

Key Responsibilities:
* Leads the organization, coordination, implementation, and communication of comprehensive strategic and financial performance review processes, reporting vehicles, forecasting and performance management processes, and financial analyses for WebTPA to ensure strategic goals and objectives are attained
* Drives and advances creative/innovative thinking with finance leadership and business partners throughout WebTPA to formulate and implement long-range and short-term strategies, plans, and solutions that align and contribute to the company's mission, goals and objectives
* Partners with WebTPA leaders and their teams to optimize revenue opportunities, effectively manage cost structures, and continuously drive improvements in financial performance and business results
* Ensures that effective financial stewardship, controllership, financial compliance, and reporting processes and capabilities exist across WebTPA
* Serves as central point of contact for WebTPA for resolving financial issues, ensuring financial compliance, mitigating financial risk, and safeguarding its assets
* Develops and effectively communicates complex data, trends, financial models, recommendations and reports to a wide range of audiences including Enterprise leadership to gain alignment and support planning and decision making
* Collaborate with Enterprise Corporate Investment Team to drive, support, and accelerate growth related opportunities
* Serves as key senior leader in WebTPA who professionally represents WebTPA, advances its Values, and contributes to a high performing culture and positive work environment for all employees

Key Requirements:
* 10+ years' work experience in health industry or related
* 3+ years' direct supervisory/management experience
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related area
* Strong leadership/influencing skills with the ability to work effectively within a complex system, influence others, and drive results
* Ability to work in a complex matrix reporting environment; ability to establish, cultivate and build strong professional relationships with leadership teams
* Strong verbal and written communication skills with superior organization, planning skills, and business acumen
* Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and drive business opportunities forward
* Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills - ability to represent WebTPA in a professional and positive manner and promote company values
* Advanced leadership and relationship-building skills - ability to positively influence others
* Commitment to demonstrating the highest standard of ethical conduct and integrity; a willingness to continually embrace personal and professional development

Preferred:
* Master's degree in a related field
* CPA - Certified Public Accountant or CFA
* Experience working in or consulting with start-up or high growth companies
