Housekeeper

Location: Eden Heights located in New Braunfels, Texas

Part time 25 hours a week.

Essential Functions

Facility Maintenance:

• Cleans common areas, model units, and vacant apartments (trash, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, etc.).

• Prepares vacant units for move-in; performs touch-ups as needed.

• Follows cleaning schedules.

• Maintains restroom cleanliness, stocks supplies.

• Monitors and requests necessary cleaning supplies in advance.

Maintenance Records:

• Completes work orders and inspections per policy.

• Reviews and follows Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for proper product handling.

Communication & Relationships:

• Keeps management informed of issues or concerns.

• Attends meetings and submits required reports.

• Supports vendors/service providers as needed.

• Treats residents and staff with respect; reports concerns or incidents immediately.

Other Duties:

• Maintains professional relationships and communication.

• Adheres to fair housing laws and completes required training.

Expectations

• Clean and sanitary common areas, bathrooms, and units.

• Prompt identification and resolution/reporting of housekeeping needs.

• Complies with all organizational policies, safety regulations, and legal standards.

• Achieves acceptable Resident Satisfaction scores.

• Flexible travel required with proof of vehicle insurance.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: 1-2 years of housekeeping; knowledge of janitorial equipment and procedures.
