Job Title: Digital Designer (Offers/Contextualized Messages Team)
Duration: 3 months
Location: Bellevue WA, Frisco TX, Atlanta GA, Herndon VA, or Overland Park KS
(In-office 3 days/week minimum)
Role Overview:
We're looking for a Digital Designer who can deliver timely, high-quality design solutions across the web and app.
Will be part of a small, Agile pod (4-5 people) within our Web & App Creative team, which ladders up to the larger creative organization. The ideal candidate knows how to self-manage, fill in gaps, and adapt quickly. We need individuals who are proactive, organized, and eager to help us shape and refine our emerging processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize & Execute Designs: Develop digital creative for web and app campaigns and communications that align with the Client's bold, fun, and innovative brand personality. These messages will be delivered within our app and website as part of contextualized messages targeted to specific customer segments.
- Agile Workflow Participation: Use Kanban boards and daily scrums to manage tasks, prioritize projects, and meet deadlines for rapid content deployment.
- Collaborate in Figma: Execute design and layout directly within Figma files, working side-by-side with copywriters in real-time.
- Proactive Collaboration: Engage daily with copywriters and other team members to clarify requirements, fill knowledge gaps, and ensure cohesive final deliverables.
- Cross-train on other digital deliverables: Develop knowledge of the digital tactics for email and other app placements.
- Self-Starter Mindset: Identify missing details and proactively gather information to create effective design and layouts, especially when briefs are still evolving.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all design and layout aligns with the Client's brand guidelines.
- Figma & Adobe Creative Suite Mastery: Create and iterate on visual designs directly in Figma for real-time team collaboration; maintain proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Asset Management & Organization: Leverage Adobe Workfront for project tracking, effectively manage design assets, and maintain brand consistency across channels.

- Collaborating seamlessly within a small pod while also connecting with the broader teams and practice areas: Creative, Digital Business Management, CRM, Product Design, Digital Operations.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years as a Digital Designer or Visual Designer in digital marketing; mid-level experience preferred.
- Experience in high-volume production design.
- Agile Methodology: Comfortable working with Kanban boards, scrums, or related processes.
- Portfolio: Showcases impactful digital work, including web, email, app, or similar campaign assets.
- Tool Proficiency: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and experience with project management tools (Adobe Workfront or similar).
- Experience working with an Agile Methodology system is a plus.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams.
- Team Player: Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
- Communication & Organization: Excellent written and verbal communication, plus the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Telecommunications/Tech Background: Familiarity with the Client's brand or experience working in similar industries.
- Basic HTML/CSS Understanding: Helps facilitate smooth collaboration with developers.
- Workflow Management Tools: Familiarity with Adobe Workfront or other workflow software.
- Experience with a CMS: An understanding of how digital work is delivered via a content management system, with a focus on reusable (headless) content.
