Are you a detail-oriented professional who enjoys helping others and delivering exceptional service? Do you speak both English and Spanish fluently?
We're looking for a Bilingual Client Services Administrator to join our team and provide outstanding support to our dealer network and end-users, focusing on Honda engines and power equipment.

Pay Rate: $20 - $23/hr

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

What You'll Do:



  • Serve as the primary contact for dealers and customers in both English and Spanish
  • Provide technical assistance on parts availability, compatibility, and product specs
  • Accurately process orders and coordinate with the warehouse for timely deliveries
  • Use Honda Parts Lookup to identify parts by model and serial numbers
  • Keep organized records and generate inventory and client feedback reports
  • Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure client satisfaction
  • Stay up to date with ongoing training and industry developments



What You Bring:



  • At least 2 years in a related role
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
  • Familiarity with Honda engines and power equipment is a big plus
  • Comfortable using inventory systems, Microsoft Office, and CRM tools
  • Strong communication, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail
