Kitting Assistant

Pay: Starting at $15/hour

Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

As a Kitting Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting the production team by assembling kits based on Bill of Materials. You will handle sensitive electronic parts with care, accurately record serial numbers, and ensure all kits are complete and delivered on time. This role requires precision, adherence to electronic handling protocols, and collaboration with the production team.

Responsibilities:

• Pick and assemble components into kits per BOM
• Handle delicate electronic parts in compliance with handling standards
• Accurately record serial numbers and maintain kit documentation
• Collaborate with the Production Team to meet deadlines and quality standards
• Follow all warehouse safety rules and company policies
• Support receiving and shipping functions as needed

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 7+ years of warehouse experience
• 3+ years fulfilling BOM and shipping orders
• 2+ years in receiving and small parts inventory
• Experience assembling kits for customer use
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to use Microsoft Office and inventory management systems
• Experience operating forklifts and JLG lifts
• Ability to stand and move for extended periods
