Summary of essential job functions



  • Review and verify invoices, and prepare for entry into AP Voucher Registry.
  • Maintain electronic repository of all invoices received from vendors.
  • Maintain and publish weekly Invoice Registry Outstanding Items Report.
  • Route weekly Invoice Registry Outstanding Items Report to all Operations and Accounting personnel.
  • Provide timely follow-up of all vendor invoices pending internal HRCG approval.
  • Obtain approvals for invoices received from all required HRCG personnel.
  • Create AP Vouchers for all approved vendor invoices for posting in accounts payable.
  • Manage vendor inquiries regarding vendor statements.
  • Reconcile vendor outstanding balances to HRCG balances and provide timely feedback of discrepancies.
  • Assist Project Accountants compiling monthly HRCG owner invoice backup.
  • Any other specific duties as assigned by the Accounting department.



Minimum requirements

Excellent phone skills, good common sense, good listening skills, works well without supervision, can take direction w/o follow up, excellent communication and good research skills. Excellent data entry using Microsoft Word / Excel/ Outlook/Internet. Ability to do research on problems.

Educational requirements include: a bachelor's degree in finance or accounting preferred

Physical Demands and Work Environment

Performance of the required duties will require physical ability to answer telephones. Vision requirements include close vision such as reading handwritten or typed materials, and the ability to adjust focus and ability to mentally calculate as necessary. Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds. While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works. The noise in this work environments is moderate.

Salary Range : $60,000- $65,000

The above salary range represents Hunter Roberts's good faith and reasonable estimate of the possible base compensation range at the time of posting and is one part of the total rewards Hunter Roberts provides to employees.
