Job Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator, Operations and Innovation

Duration: 06 Months (Possible Extension)

Location: North Chicago, IL 60064- Onsite for meetings only

Job Overview:

Join our dynamic Operations and Innovation team within Talent Acquisition (TA) as part of the Process and Support team. As an O&I Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the global TA department by managing candidate experience escalations and coordinating resolutions with recruiters. You will assist in resolving technology and process support tickets, troubleshoot recruiters' queries, and provide solutions based on established processes. This role involves maintaining candidate and requisition data, collaborating with internal teams, external partners, and other HR functions, and participating in cleanup projects, audits, implementation initiatives, and process development.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support candidate issue resolution (e.g., failed syncs, delayed communications) and manage escalation of candidate experience issues in coordination with recruiters.

* Contribute to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) creation related to candidate support without owning onboarding.

* Manage the Talent Acquisition (TA) Inbox, ensuring efficient handling of a high volume of candidate communications and external and stakeholder interactions.

* Communicate effectively with stakeholders across all organizational levels to provide clear updates and insights on projects and tasks, fostering transparency and mutual understanding.

* Efficiently handle a high volume of support tickets, providing timely and effective resolutions.

* Investigate and resolve TA workflow process issues, offering support in technology and process management.

* Provide high-touch customer service to recruiters, coordinators, candidates, and hiring managers, ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.

* Manage the Talent Acquisition (TA) Inbox, completing requisitions and assignments.

* Document inquiries and transactions in ticket management tools and leverage knowledge databases to resolve workflow transactions.

* Collaborate cross-functionally to support various organizational functions, maintaining strong interpersonal relationships.

* Engage actively in teamwork, demonstrating a team-oriented approach while handling confidential and sensitive information.

* Contribute to cleanup projects, optimizing recruitment processes, and identifying trends to recommend process improvement strategies.

* Assist colleagues from HRConnect, Business Technology Solutions, and external vendors, participating in additional projects and ongoing improvement initiatives.

* Perform other projects or tasks related to the O&I team.

Qualifications:

* High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in Human Resources.

* 2-4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or onboarding support.

* Demonstrated experience managing a high-volume ticketing system and delivering superior customer service.

* Proven ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently, prioritize workload, and support diverse organizational functions.

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral, with a focus on email etiquette, attention to detail, and follow-up.

* Proficiency with MS Office products and databases, and experience with SmartRecruiters or other advanced ATS preferred; familiarity with ticketing systems is advantageous.

* Resourceful in tackling challenges and creating solutions with strong troubleshooting capabilities.

* Analytical skills to identify problems, draw conclusions, and recommend process solutions.
