About the Role

Gundersen Health System is seeking a dynamic and collaborative Regional Clinic Managerto lead operations across our Minnesota Clinic Hub. This leadership role is based in La Crescent, with regular travel to Harmony, Spring Grove, and Houston clinics. You will oversee approximately40 staff members, including RNs, MAs, and Schedulers, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for four high-performing clinics.
• Collaborate closely with the medical partner, regional administration, and system leaders to achieve clinical, financial, and quality goals.
• Foster a cultureof teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Support staff development and ensure optimal day-to-day clinic operations.

What You Need

• Education:Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Experience:3+ years of clinical or equivalent healthcare experience with demonstrated leadership skills (1+ year in healthcare management preferred).
• Licensure:Valid Driver's License
• Soft Skills:Strong interpersonal skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to lead with empathy and clarity.
