Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Project Management Intern to support our IT Project Management Office (PMO) on initiatives that span enterprise systems, infrastructure, and digital transformation. This internship offers hands-on exposure to project lifecycles, stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, and reporting. It's an ideal role for a student who thrives in dynamic environments and is eager to apply academic learning to real-world project delivery. Minimum Qualifications: Education & Enrollment
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Must be in good academic standing with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
Knowledge, Skills & Competencies
- Project Management Foundations
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Understanding of key project phases, deliverables, and roles.
Technical Acumen
- Working knowledge of IT concepts such as SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), IT infrastructure, and ITSM (IT Service Management).
- Exposure to project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello).
- Experience with productivity and reporting tools like Excel, Power BI, or similar.
Communication & Collaboration
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proactive communicator who can summarize project progress, surface blockers, and participate in cross-functional meetings.

- High attention to detail, particularly in documentation, timelines, and reporting.
