Job Title: Clinical Supply Chain Planner

Location: Cambridge, MA (Hybrid)

Department: Clinical Operations / Supply Chain

Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Clinical Supply Chain Planner to manage end-to-end supply chain operations for global clinical trials. This role partners cross-functionally with Clinical Operations, Global Planning, QA, Regulatory, and external vendors to ensure timely, compliant delivery of clinical trial materials (CTM).

Key Responsibilities:



  • Oversee packaging, labeling, distribution, return, and destruction of CTM
  • Develop and manage supply/demand forecasts
  • Support and utilize IRT systems, including UAT and ongoing maintenance
  • Lead clinical label creation and approval process
  • Align with Clinical Ops on demand and supply strategies
  • Manage budgets, monitor KPIs, and drive cost-efficiency
  • Maintain vendor relationships and ensure GxP compliance
  • Ensure accurate documentation and eTMF filing


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Supply Chain, or related field
  • 3+ years in clinical supply chain or CTM management
  • Knowledge of clinical supply chain processes and GxP
  • Experience with planning tools (e.g., NSIDE, Bioclinica, Oracle, etc.)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and IRT systems
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
