Title: IT Program Manager Location: Columbia, SC Partial Onsite - Will need to be onsite at least 3 days per week and as needed. Durations: 6-12 months, likely extensions Job Summary: Day to Day: Responsible for overall coordination, status reporting, and stability of project-oriented work efforts. Responsible for multiple work efforts of any size, from minimum complexity system/customer impacts to greater complexity system/customer impacts. Adheres to project management processes and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budgeted hours, adheres to high quality standards, and meets ISSM expectations. Monitors project plans, assignments and work efforts on a daily basis. Ensures resource needs are assigned appropriately and escalates functional, quality, timeline issues. Tracks key project milestones and adjusts project plans to meet the needs of work effort. Responsible for leading the project Team Info/Team name: Security & Compliance portfolio consists of a Data Analyst and three Program Managers who further the security interests of the organization, from anti phishing work to cyber security efforts. ICT PMO is a fast-paced, dynamic environment which may require action and response 24X7 to support the technical business needs of the customer and where one must be flexible to changing priorities. Job Requirements: Required Experience: 7 years IT experience in a leadership capacity, including 4 years leading multiple concurrent project teams. Completion of the client's Training Program for Project Management may substitute for one year of experience. Preferred Licenses and Certificates: PMP Certification Minimum Required Education: Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of job related work experience or 2 years of job related experience plus an associate's degree in any major. Required Technologies: Certified Scum Master Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools.
