UDR Consulting, Inc is seeking a Jr. Recruiter responsible for the identification, qualification, matching, and managing of candidates. The Jr. Recruiter will support the Recruiting Team in candidates sourcing, screening, interviewing & recommending candidates. Additionally, the candidate will support the Recruiting Team in building solid, profitable relationships with candidates through the delivery of exceptional customer service characterized by mutual respect, understanding and trust.

We are a growing nationwide company with a dual focus on our employees and clients with numerous Department of Energy (DOE) and commercial contracts across the United States.

Job Duties:
  • Candidates should have a strong understanding of technical jobs,
  • Work with other recruiters to fill the talent pool and place jobs
  • Updating online job posting on various job boards.
  • Review resumes daily, matching candidates with roles that fit them best, search resume databases for candidates
  • Email candidates for job roles using email templates provided
  • Document candidate qualifications, salary expectations, capabilities, and other details
  • Must be able to multitask, prioritize, and complete tasks with a sense of urgency and accuracy.
  • Seeking individuals with independent, self-starter, and self-motivated qualities.
  • Other duties may include supporting onboarding of new staff and general administrative support.

Job Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in the Nuclear, DOE, or DOD industry
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1 years' experience in the full cycle of recruitment preferred using ATS system
  • Experience with PC operating systems; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite programs, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook, data entry, database management, and the ability to quickly learn our internet-based applications
  • Excellent professional oral, written, and grammatical communication skills.
  • Must be a positive team player, a quick learner, meticulous, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Must be able to provide a high level of attention to detail and high-quality work while multi-tasking with interruptions
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality
  • Desire to commit and grow with the company
  • An eagerness to perform well, taking pride and care with responsibilities

Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience in Nuclear, Department of Energy (DOE), or Department of Defense (DOD) arenas.
