Competitive Compensation

  • Salary Range is between $67,418 to $108,839
  • Participation in Annual Incentive Program (ACIP)

The Digital & IT Associate is responsible for analyzing use and needs, then developing and applying current information technology to satisfy business requirements or solve business related issues. With direct supervision, assists more senior IT professionals to coordinate IT initiatives.

Scope/Supervision and Interaction

  • This role has no direct reports.
  • Collaborates with other Technical Analysts, Senior Technical Analysts, and end users.

Essential Functions

  • Analyze and apply Enterprise data to make recommendations to streamline & simplify processes
  • Develops and deploys appropriate Digital and Information Technology solutions
  • Recommends modifications of basic Digital and IT systems to improve and simplify business systems and reduce operating cost
  • Evaluates and modifies existing technology to allow for changes in business requirements or equipment configurations
  • Develops procedures for proper utilization of Digital and IT technology - both on premise and Cloud based
  • Develops training materials to support process changes and new technology introductions
  • Overnight travel to remote locations to assist in the implementation of technical solutions as needed
  • Provide after-hour technical support as needed
  • This position may be assigned (but is not limited to) one of the following key information technology disciplines and/or services:
    • Application Programming
    • Software Support
    • Database Administration
    • PC Support
    • LAN/WAN Support
    • Help Desk
    • Engineering Systems
    • IT Security
    • Business Systems (MSS, JDE, SAP or other related technology)

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related area (or international equivalent)
  • 0-3 years related IT experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills
  • Demonstrated leadership aptitude, learning agility, and adaptability
