The Clinic Appointment Coordinator maintains a welcoming, friendly profile in the clinic and is responsible for the professional and efficient operation of scheduling. This role is responsible for scheduling and coordinating multiple services including follow up appointments, imaging, labs, procedures, and some treatments. The Clinic Appointment Coordinator also collaborates with providers, clinic staff, schedulers, across multiple departments, and locations to ensure services are timed, coordinated, and sequenced appropriately and all associated activities are complete. Location: M Health Fairview Clinic and Surgery Center - 909 Fulton St SE, Minneapolis, MN 55455 Hours: 1.0 FTE + actual hours for all Union roles (All shifts will be posted 14 days prior to the shift per Union Contract) Benefits: This is a fully benefit eligible position: Competitive wages, Healthcare (including vision & dental), 401K, parking & tuition assistance and more!
