What You'll Do
|
Summary/Objective: The Mortgage Servicing Team Member is responsible for ensuring the input, auditing, and maintenance of all mortgage data. Essential Functions: Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
- Answer incoming phone calls, as part of a phone queue, to address member questions and requests
- Input and book all mortgages on the DCU's servicing platform, quote and accept payoffs, and respond to various member servicing inquiries and requests.
- Perform file maintenance duties including, but not limited to: discharge research and preparation, loan corrections, subordinations, credit disputes, research GL variances, and loss draft processing
- Complete assigned service requests within the established department timeframes and effectively communicate with members as needed.
- Assist and support functions for loan boarding and the preparation of documents for loan sales
- Process department inbound correspondence received through e-mail, fax, or standard mail.
- Perform support functions to ensure all closing and post-closing processes are complete.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal laws and regulations.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned by Manager (s).

What You'll Need

- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of mortgage or related experience
