From your PASSION to ours

As a key member of the integration project management team, the Senior Manager, Change Management is responsible for providing strategy, tools and facilitation that ensure the human aspects of change are managed in such a way that enterprise changes are smoothly and successfully implemented and lasting benefits are achieved.

From your EXPERTISE to ours

  • Apply a structured methodology with change management processes and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of change within the organization and operational processes
  • Manage the critical change management activities to enable successful project deployment results within the US businesses
  • Facilitate project-based change management assessments per the methodology
  • Integrate change management activities into project plans
  • Identify, analyze, and prepare risk mitigation tactics
  • Work collaboratively with key business leaders to identify the impacts of future business process changes and asses the organizations readiness for change
  • Identify and manage anticipated user resistance
  • Identify the need for organizational design and roles and responsibilities changes and collaborate with management an HR to effect the changes
  • Develop and execute communications plans within the corporate communication guidelines
  • Define the standards for the design and delivery of end-user materials and training
  • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change processes
  • Ensure effective consultation with the various business partners (internal & external) in exploring and applying innovative solution ideas to address business opportunities and challenges
  • Lead and influence within a matrix style organization
  • Travel may be required for on-site support at Lactalis facilities

Requirements

From your STORY to ours

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in related academic discipline
  • 10+ years experience in a large-scale, enterprise environment
  • 8+ years experience in providing organization change management (OCM) solutions, utilizing a COE support model
  • Experience and knowledge of end-to-end IT software development lifecycle from idea conception through transition into operations teams, SAP environment preferred
  • Experience in multiple OCM methodologies, with the ability to adapt best practices to specific business contexts
