Central Supply Tech - weekend shift

Weekend Shift

Saturday and Sunday 5:00 am - 5:00 pm, and 1 12 hour shift during the week, or 2 8 hour shift during the week.

Starting pay $17.50, with a 10% weekend premium.

About the Role

As part of our Central Supply and Processing team, you will support life-saving work by preparing, sterilizing, and distributing equipment and supplies. Your focus will be to ensure that instruments and tools are thoroughly washed, inspected, and sterilized to the highest standards. We provide all necessary training; no prior experience is required.

This role is an excellent fit for individuals interested in healthcare or sterile processing, particularly those with backgrounds in healthcare support, hospital services, tissue banking, or manufacturing. Essential Functions:

* Complies with standard work practices throughout all Central Supply operations

* Attains daily processing goals relating to productivity and quality

* Assists in orientation and training of new employees as assigned

* Participate in continuous improvement process/kaizen and problem-solving activities

* Supports storeroom material flow and required kit building

* Performs as a Processing Support Technician (PST) in room opening, support, and room cleanup

* Performs other duties as assigned

* Report numbers accurately and monitor error control

Desired Qualifications:

* Previous experience in a sterile central supply and delivery environment, tissue bank, or manufacturing environment

* Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST)
