Miles, Executive Administrative Assistant Responsibilities: Provide high-level administrative support to executives, ensuring seamless daily operations. Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments with internal and external stakeholders. Prepare, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite. Handle confidential documents, maintain organized filing systems, and ensure data security. Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries. Process expense reports, manage budgets, and track invoices for executive approval. Serve as the primary point of contact for executives, managing calls, emails, and inquiries professionally. Plan and execute company events, board meetings, and leadership offsites. Assist with project management by tracking deadlines, deliverables, and cross-departmental collaboration. Streamline office processes and administrative procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred. 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Coordinator, or Office Manager. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with senior leadership and external partners. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Experience in travel coordination, event planning, and expense management. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and proactively address challenges. Familiarity with scheduling tools, document management systems, and office technology.
