MUST:

Sr. SharePoint & Power Platform Developer

Active Secret clearance required

Certifications:

Must hold at least one current DoD 8570 IAT Level III certification CASP CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP (or Associate) GCED or GCIH.

3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Query).

Must have the sharePoint development and administration with Power Platform expertise

Ability to write, debug, and maintain Windows PowerShell scripts for automation.

Proficiency with SharePoint Online Management Shell (SPO Shell) for tenant and site administration.

Hands-on experience with PnP PowerShell to provide support for site content, automation, and custom solutions to include: Site provisioning, List and library automation, Exporting and applying PnP provisioning templates

Skilled in extracting and integrating SharePoint/SPO data into MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

Experience with Cloud Flows, Desktop Flows, Business Process Flows, and Power BI connectors.

Strong background in data modeling, transformation, and visualization.


Education : Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

DUTIES:

This position blends SharePoint development and administration with Power Platform expertise, enabling efficient data integration, automation, reporting, and visualization that delivers critical insights and enhances operational workflows.

The candidate must be able to utilize the various components of the MS Power Platform to automate processes, analyze data and build applications.

Plan, build and deploy reports and dashboards.

Connect data sources and perform data modeling and visualization, configure dashboards, design and build scalable data models, clean and transform data, and enable advanced analytic capabilities that provide meaningful business value through easy-to-comprehend data visualizations.

This position will provide support to customers who have a variety of Power Platform development requirements.

Develop, document, and maintain on-prem SharePoint sites and migrate them to Office 365 SharePoint Online (SPO) as needed.

Design and implement SharePoint/SPO solutions using approved tools and methodologies.

Define and document system requirements in collaboration with data owners and users.

Organize and secure data based on user access roles, in coordination with Government leads.

Design, build and support custom built solutions utilizing Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI tools.

Build and test database models and backend architecture to support reporting and data collection.

Implement COOP (Continuity of Operations) strategies, including regular site backups and recovery testing.

Create and maintain technical documentation such as Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) and system design overviews.

Support daily meetings and function as a subject matter expert (SME) for SharePoint development.

Utilize Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Query to automate workflows, build custom applications, and deliver actionable dashboards.

Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, maintainable Power Platform solutions.

Develop, validate, and manage reporting tools, including dashboards, master schedules, and data archives.

Create visual reports that support leadership decision-making on staffing, resource planning, risk management, acquisition investments, and performance tracking.

Support and improve existing SharePoint automation tasks using Power Platform components.

Design and implement automated PowerShell solutions to generate rapid-response reports based on customer requests.

Provide documentation and training for users on dashboards and platform functionality.
