Join the transformation and help us make this impact now. We are seeking a Customer Outreach Specialist/System Engineer. As a Customer Outreach Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our software tools align with the needs of the mission, our end users, and will serve as an advocate for our users. Your responsibilities will include basic troubleshooting, offering training to our users, demonstrations to stakeholders, working closely with the software development team on new features, documentation, and testing. You'd like to do this Problem-Solving: You will be responsible for helping users troubleshoot issues they encounter. Stakeholder Engagement: You will assist in facilitating meetings with stakeholders. Documentation: Preparing documentation, including user guides and system architecture diagrams, is a critical component of this role. You're required to have this Minimum of 2-4 years of experience supporting the IC in an analyst, system engineer role, or other capacity. Strong problem-solving and the critical thinking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong writing and documentation skills TS/SCI with polygraph Salary Range: $100,000 - $125,000 The BlueHalo, an AV Company, pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
