This is a Full-Time position (80 hours per pay period) with a Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM, partial remote/hybrid schedule located at our Scripps Business Office in 4S Ranch/Rancho Bernardo. Scripps Health Plan Services (SHPS) is a health plan that is licensed by the California Department of Managed Health Care (DMHC). Our Knox-Keene Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) license allows us to function as a health maintenance organization. We partner with fully licensed HMOs that operate within our service area. Our role is to provide comprehensive health care services to our enrolled membership. Health care services are provided by SHPS' integrated network of participating contracted providers (hospitals, physicians, and ancillary providers).

As an Executive Assistant, you will perform full clerical, administrative, and general office duties in a responsible and confidential nature. In this role, primary duties will involve meeting coordination, the taking and organizing of minutes, and advanced usage of Microsoft Office Suite for data management and disbursement.
