Associate Manager, Warehouse

Lead, train, and coach additional warehouse staff to ensure requirements are met for production, fulfillment, and employee safety. Organize schedules to meet the demands of internal and external customers. Act as department communicator during status meetings, management updates, and staff changes.Resolve product or service problems by qualifying the issue; determining the cause of the issue; determining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; and, following up to ensure prompt resolution. Track and maintain inventory of products. Safely operate forklift, pallet jack, or handcart to move materials. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
