Supervise and develop all production operation personnel. Monitor all processes and equipment to ensure the optimum level of productivity and efficiency. Work with other departments to enhance efficiency and productivity. Must complete and file all required documentation in an orderly and timely manner. ABOUT YOU The ideal candidate will have the ability to read, write, interpret documents and problem solve. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and have basic computer skills. Have good people communication and team building skills. Must have motivational skills to lead a team in a diverse background. Must have some Manufacturing/Production background.
