Digital Product Owner

Lead the development of self-serve content and tools that empower professionals to do business with Marvin.

• Collaborate with various teams to lead intake, scoring, and distribution strategies, bring new features to life, define and measure performance metrics, and align digital initiatives with business goals.

• Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure alignment across teams.

• Partner with the product manager to ensure the product roadmap reflects the professional audience enhancements, and prioritize features based on impact and feasibility.

• Write clear user stories, customer journeys, and acceptance criteria.

• Conduct exploratory testing, manage tasks/bugs in Jira, and ensure high-quality releases.

• 3-5 years of experience in digital product ownership, QA, or product analysis.

• Solid understanding of Agile development and product lifecycle.

• Experience with website management, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and lead management workflows.

• Familiarity with A/B testing, Google Analytics, and digital optimization tools.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
