Hours & Pay

Pay Rate: Up to $37.00/hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Employment Type: Temporary, 12-month contract

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you'll serve as a Quality representative and engineering contributor, helping ensure that products, processes, and systems meet rigorous industry, customer, and regulatory standards.

What You'll Do:



  • Develop and implement effective process control systems for product development and manufacturing
  • Lead initiatives to establish robust process assurance, CAPA systems, and quality controls
  • Support and enhance internal quality goals across cross-functional teams
  • Apply systematic problem-solving methods to address and prevent quality issues
  • Lead or participate in teams to resolve product or process concerns using risk-based approaches
  • Support the development and execution of streamlined business and quality systems
  • Ensure full compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality requirements

Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field required
  • 0-3 years of experience in a Quality Engineering role (Design Assurance, Sustaining, or Systems Engineering)
  • Knowledge of quality system regulations and methodologies including CAPA, risk management, and process validation
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and in teams
  • Experience in the medical device or regulated manufacturing industry is a plus
