Hours & Pay

Pay Range: $20.00 - $23.00/hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Additional Expectations: Overtime and occasional weekend or holiday work required during peak production periods

What You'll Do

• Accurately machine components using manual mills and other equipment
• Read and interpret shop blueprints and technical drawings
• Use metric measuring instruments such as tape measures and rulers
• Cross-train in basic welding, assembly, and other shop functions
• Collaborate with your team to meet production goals
• Maintain attention to detail and suggest efficiency improvements
• Lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 8 hours during shifts
• Use computers to support machining tasks and documentation

What You Bring

• Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Comfortable using metric measuring devices
• Basic computer skills
• Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and ready to take initiative

Preferred Qualifications:

• Vocational/Associate degree or equivalent experience
• Familiarity with Mastercam programming
• Understanding of G and M codes
• Experience with Flow Water Jet machinery
