MultiCare Health System is seeking a compassionate and skilled Medical Oncology Nurse Practitioner or PA-C to join our dedicated team at MultiCare Cancer Institute-Auburn Medical Center.

Position Highlights:

  • Primarily Inpatient Focus: APP will cover inpatient service and see outpatient follow ups
  • Caseload: After fully onboarded, you'd manage 12-15 patients per day.
  • Collaborative Support: You will be joining a local team of 3 (soon to be 4) Medical Oncologists, 2 Radiation Oncologists, and 2 Surgical Oncology APPs.

  • Strong Oncology Knowledge: We're seeking candidates with a passion for oncology and a desire to grow. Oncology (APP or RN) experience is highly preferred.

  • Flexibility & Commitment: This is a full-time, Monday-Friday (8-5 position supporting outpatient service with a consistent schedule).

Requirements


  • Washington State Nurse Practitioner license by the time of employment
  • DEA, NPI & Prescriptive authority
  • Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $130,461.00 - $176,947.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
