Digital Product Owner - Supply Chain - SAP

Daikin Applied Americas is seeking a strategic and results-driven Digital Product Owner - SAP to lead digital transformation initiatives supporting Supply Chain and Operations for its Alliance Air business unit. This role will own the product vision and roadmap for SAP Business One, ensuring it effectively supports the operational needs of Alliance Air and aligns with broader organizational goals. Location: Hybrid - Plymouth, MN

What you will do:

• Serve as the product owner for SAP Business One, with a dedicated focus on the Alliance Air business unit's supply chain and operational functions
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Inventory teams to gather requirements and define priorities
• Translate complex business needs into user stories and functional requirements for development and configuration teams
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, lead sprint planning, testing, and release cycles in alignment with Agile practices
• Optimize SAP B1 to support demand planning, procurement, production scheduling, and order fulfillment processes
• Identify and implement system improvements that drive operational efficiency and data visibility across the supply chain
• Partner with functional leads, and external consultants to ensure solution design aligns with best practices and Daikin's digital strategy
• Drive user adoption through training, documentation, and ongoing support tailored to the needs of Alliance Air users
• Monitor system performance and ensure SAP B1 compliance with corporate standards, industry regulations, and audit requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
• 5 years of experience with ERP systems, including at least 2 years in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or ERP Lead role
• Demonstrated expertise with SAP Business One, specifically within manufacturing, supply chain, and logistics modules
• Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes in an engineered-to-order or configure-to-
• order environment
• Proven experience working in Agile or hybrid Agile/Waterfall development environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across technical and non-technical audiences
• Familiarity with Alliance Air's product lines or HVAC manufacturing is a plus
• Experience supporting ERP platforms in a discrete manufacturing or industrial products environment
• Working knowledge of WMS, EDI, or supply chain analytics platforms
• SAP Business One certification or relevant experience with customizations and integrations

The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $148,000 +10% bonus in Minnesota. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
