The Demo Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the outside Sales organization by coordinating and managing demo equipment for customer evaluations and trials. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities while ensuring a high level of customer service and operational excellence. Key responsibilities include:
Coordinate personnel onboard\exit process with regard to demo assets * Ensure all eligible field personnel are properly setup to submit demo requests. * Train all personnel on Demo guidelines and procedures. Feedback * Solicit and record feedback from sales/requestor regarding demo request and equipment. Service Documents * Monitor, enter, and update dispatch and/or return requests as needed; * Work with Service Support and the Customer success team as needed. Master Data * Maintain necessary sales rep/requestor data via DEMS NA Tool, CRM and SAP. Performs other duties as needed and assigned. Your Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent in education, training & experience. Related Experience: This is an entry level position. Customer service experience preferred. Asset Management/Scheduling or similar relevant experience. Experience working with Transport providers preferred. Reporting experience. 1 to 2 years' experience. Special Competencies or Certifications: * Ability to work independently * Team player * High accountability * Analytical but practical thinking * Efficient work performance * Very good IT skills (SAP and MS Excel and MS Outlook preferred) * Excellent communication skills both written & verbal * Ability to multitask. * Prior experience with detail-level follow up The Drager Workplace
