The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organized with exceptional communications skills and meticulous attention to details while maintaining the confidentiality of high-level communications, systems and operations. This person should have a consistent track record of optimal support and demonstrate a business and corporate growth mindset to handle day-to-day activities and responsibilities. Given the complex nature of the executive landscape, we would rely on this individual to be flexible and constantly seeking to develop/improve their skills and share knowledge with their colleagues and team members!

Role Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities - Executive Assistant

  • Provide optimal dedicated administrative and organizational support to up to 3 Senior leaders to enable them to be effective in their day-to-day activities and responsibilities

  • Work in partnership with your leaders to assist in obtaining their objectives and goals

  • Promote the interpersonal culture and demonstrate the LSEG values

  • Represent the company and Leaders in a positive light through follow up, catch ups and solid business and organizational acumen

  • Handle sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion

  • Provide sophisticated diary management support (able to decipher priorities and make sound judgment calls when needed)

  • Use discretion and good judgement to handle C-Level matters

  • Act as the face of the leader in the case of in-person meetings

  • Support incoming communication, draft and prepare correspondence on behalf of the Senior Leaders

  • Responsive to emails and texts

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships both internally and with clients and other key customers

  • Arrange complex, multi-sector travel itineraries and accommodations

  • Handle complex expense reports and processes

  • Assist with the coordination of Townhalls, Roadshows and Offsite events for Senior Leaders

  • See opportunities for improvement to support the broader Executive Support Function

  • Willingness to assist with ad hoc projects assigned from your manager and or the Executive Support Function

  • Provides coverage for EAs regionally as needed

  • Partner with customers and facility team to ensure perfect communication and assist when needed

  • Hybrid workstyle - 3 days in the office or as needed

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree or equivalent experience

  • Preferred and relevant experience required in working in an executive assistant role supporting multiple C-Level Leaders

  • Preferred experience in a financial services company and/or other fast-moving organization

  • Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Able to liaise optimally at all levels of the organization

  • Ability to operate with appropriate sense of urgency when approaching assigned tasks

  • Demonstrate confidence, professionalism, responsiveness and exceptional customer service to all visitors and associates

Compensation/Benefits Information:

LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and Benefits. The anticipated base salary for this position is $82,100 - $136,900. Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location, city and state. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP/"bonus plan"). Target AIP rates will be commensurate with role level and posted career stage. Individual salary will be reflective of job related knowledge, skills and equivalent experience. LSEG roles (excluding internships and part-time roles of less than 20 hours per week) are typically eligible for inclusion in our LSEG Benefits program, which includes offerings of: Annual Wellness Allowance, Paid time-off, Medical, Dental, Vision, Flex Spending & Health Savings Options, Prescription Drug plan, 401(K) Savings Plan and Company match.
