Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 7am - 5pm and Friday 7am - 11pm

Pay: $17/hr.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide support to the Human Resources department by assisting with scheduling interviews, coordinating pre-employment screenings, and facilitating new hire orientations. Greet and welcome visitors, direct them appropriately, and occasionally order and serve meals for meetings. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while offering basic information and relaying messages as needed. Perform general administrative and clerical duties to support office operations. Possess experience in payroll processing.

Qualifications:



  • Five years of relevant experience.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professionalism and a great attitude.
