Schedule: 7am - 6pm, Monday - Friday Pay: $21/hr. Production Mechanic essential tasks: Follows Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety policies, and all company standards while maintaining cleanliness in designated areas and equipment. Conducts preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on high-speed filling line machinery using diagrams, manuals, and testing instruments. Identifies, removes, and replaces defective parts using hand and power tools, and inspects parts with precision measuring instruments. Performs mechanical and electrical adjustments and collaborates with machine operators and maintenance leadership when needed. Plans and executes downtime maintenance and repairs in coordination with team leaders and maintenance planners. Fabricates, repairs, and manages inventory of equipment parts and supplies, ensuring timely ordering and receipt. Maintains technical documentation, daily logs, and reports, and stays updated through training and technical resources. Qualified candidates will have 2-4 years of mechanic experience, preferably in a production environment, must be mechanically inclined, and have the ability to lift up to 50lbs.
