On Premise Key Account Coordinator

The OP Key Account Co-ordinator will provide strategic communication, project management and administrative support to the On Premise Key Account Leadership team.

The role will require leadership in cross functional communication, organization and ensuring timelines/deadlines are met for key deliverables. This individual will develop relationships across all levels and geographies to monitor and maintain the cultural pulse of the department. Proper tracking of budgetary needs and executional standards will be essential. Supporting teams through calendar management, meeting requirements, follow ups on deliverables and communication cadence team and company wide will be essential. The coordinator ensures the team has a structured operating rhythm.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

#Business & Logistics Support Manage complex calendars, prioritize meeting requests, and coordinate internal and external appointments across global time zones.

-Act as a liaison between the LT and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate communication.

-Organize end-to-end travel arrangements as needed to ensure schedules are balanced appropriately.

-Manage the HUB and all shared drive resources on behalf of the ONPKA team. ----Work closely with the trade events team to ensure national shows are executed to the standard.

- Prepare agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items for meetings; manage sensitive and confidential materials with discretion.

-Assist in the planning and execution of strategic initiatives, tracking milestones and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

-Oversee administrative logistics, including expense reporting, invoice processing, and procurement of supplies related to the meeting/project needs.

-Ensure communication and produced material along with presentations align with brand tone and visual identity.

EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: (Describe the key skills and experience needed to succeed in this role. Your list should be no more than 10 items long.)

-3-5 years experience in a executive support function Superior communication and presentation skills

-Professional presence Strong project management skills Analytic and business acumen- reflected in successful project completion Fast learner - ability to quickly learn new skills, integrate various approaches

-Experience in Client marketing preferred Understanding of business insights/ category management principles Adept at facilitating meetings and communications Highly collaborative with ability to work with executives across multiple functions Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) #ZR
