Join us Today and enjoy these great perks! * Academic Tuition Reimbursement * Medical, Dental, & Vision Benefits * Employee Assistance Program * 401K Responsibilities: Transporting and relocating product from base to established destination(s) and ensuring inventory accuracy. Essential Functions, Duties & Responsibilities: * Safely operates material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks or dollies to move stock or reorganize product. * Work closely with production to ensure product is taken to and from production in a timely manner. * Count, weigh and/or measure incoming or outgoing items to compare identifying information. * Responsible for all product and material within assigned work area - this includes, but not limited to, inventory levels, product location, warehousing and proper product rotation. * Inspect forklifts daily to ensure proper and safe operation. * Follow instructions to ascertain raw materials and other materials needed for daily production. * Ensure production personnel obtain needed supplies and materials in a timely manner. * Other duties as assigned by Management Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: * Skilled in operating a forklift or other material handling equipment preferred. * Strong Interpersonal, communication and organizational skills * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Ability to work cross-functionally and within a team based environment * Utilize safe operating skills * Follow all company safety policy/procedure/rule/regulation. * Ability to become PIT Certified required Education & Experience: * High school diploma or equivalent required * Prior forklift operator experience preferred * Manufacturing and/or Poultry Industry experience is a plus We embrace equal opportunity employment.
