Job Description

The Enterprise PMO Manager will lead the Project Management Office - aligning the business strategy to the execution of programs through a central pool of project management resources.

The PMO manages the utilization of the organization's resources (employee and contractor) to meet business needs; ensuring that stakeholders prioritize demand, Engineering teams allocate capacity aligned to budget, and that appropriate KPIs are developed.

• Provide expert guidance and thought leadership to establish policies, procedures, delivery frameworks, and methodologies for effective project oversight and management

• Proactively reports overall status (progress, issues, dependencies) across all projects

• Apply a strong and the ability to translate strategy into action in overseeing and managing the PMO

• Pursue tasks with drive. Consistently moves problems toward resolution; helps others do the same

• Committed to developing strong relationships and collaborative partnerships. Supports the goals and initiatives of other businesses and functional support organizations. Ensures that stakeholders receive, attention, and alignment

• Presents to senior executives on business strategy

• Manages including development, manufacturing, sales, marketing, quality, and third-party partners, etc.

• Meets expectations for project execution, documentation, and ongoing operations in thePMO

• Operate, respond, work in multiple time zones

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivelant Years of Relevant Work Experience

• The ability to travel 20 - 30% of the time including international travel.

• Master of Business Administration or relevant advanced degree preferred

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering

• Typically requires a minimum of 5 years in either Product Management, Product Development, Commercial Marketing, Sales or a combination of these types of roles.

• Typically requires a minimum of 5 years working with global teams

• Typically requires a minimum of 5 years working in a matrix environment

• Typically requires a minimum of 3 years of experience on a SAFe (Scale Agile Framework) environment

• Experience working in a large global company with responsibility for both direct and indirect reports

• Commercial experience in sales or marketing

• Business Unit experience

• SAFe LPM training/certification
