Job Title: Software Engineer
Location: Remote
The Puckboard team is a collaborative, cross-functional, and learning team, constantly growing and evolving to deliver code and value to customers in the DoD. We build modern, automated, collaborative scheduling and logging tools for the Department of Defense, including the US Air Force. These tools are actively used by over 340 organizations and over 20,000 users.
Minimum Qualifications
* 4+ years of Software, Application, or Product Development[ME1]
* Strong experience working with React, Angular, View, or Ember.js
* Strong experience working with Java, Spring / J2EE / Jakarta, C# or Object Oriented Programming experience
* Experience building code from scratch
* Experience leading teams and mentoring engineers
* Strong Agile software development principles[ME2]
* Proven successful leadership and project management skills
* Full Stack Development experience
Preferred Qualifications
* BS/MS in Computer Science, similar technical field of study, or equivalent work experience
* Has experience working with an enterprise product, using and or supporting, from a development standpoint
* Experience with automated unit and integration testing.
* Proven customer service support skills
* Ability to communicate effectively and work well with others
