JOB SUMMARY The Procurement Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing procurement activities, vendor processes, and key cross-functional initiatives to drive operational efficiency and alignment across the Heilind, ICC, and occasionally DB Roberts business units. This role ensures consistency in procurement practices, supports strategic objectives, and leads efforts to optimize systems and vendor engagement. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Preferred Certifications: Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS) Project Management Professional (PMP) SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: While performing the duties of this job the employee is often required to stand, sit, use computers, read, write, type, use copy machines, file paperwork, use telephones, and utilize written and oral communication to interact with clients, co-workers, and customers.
