Job Summary: Performs advanced, diversified and confidential administrative duties requiring broad and comprehensive experience, skill and knowledge of organizational policies and practices. Provides direct support to respective Regional Sales Director and Field Sales Manager. Will also work closely with the sales team, local operations teams and Divisional Sales Admin. Essential Duties, Responsibilities, and Key Results Area:
- Prepares high-level Excel Spreadsheets, compiles data from management, sales team
- Prepares PowerPoint presentations and documents as needed
- Creates and maintains various database and spreadsheet files
- Compiles information, composes/prepares correspondence, reports and other documents
- Communication between operations and sales on daily ordering, delivery and manufacturing issues
- Manages projects as needed
- Assists with Regional meetings or programs, events or conferences by planning travel, managing logistics, disseminating information or invitations
- Reading, researching and routing correspondence, drafting letters and documents, collecting and analyzing information and initiating telecommunications
- Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information
- Responds to requests from internal and external sources with appropriate action using independent judgment
- Prepares records such as agendas, notices, meeting minutes
- Maintains Regional Market Calendar appointments and dinners
- Familiarity in time with all product lines
- Assists Sales Team with product rollout meeting needs with management team direction
- Maintains, updates local customer data as well as sales team customer and door files
- Tracks processing of new Hospitality agreements and communicates with sales team
- Make copies or correspondence and other printed materials
- Possible Travel for Regional needs, meetings and annual National Sales Meeting
- Maintenance of DVP's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, and travel and coordinating calendar with Executive Staff calendars
- Conserves DVPs time by reading, researching and routing correspondence, drafting letters and documents, collecting and analyzing information and initiating telecommunications
- Organizes, prioritizes and archives e-mail of VP as requested/needed
- Manages travel requirements for DVP and independently schedules appointments
Pay Range: $50,000 - $71,000 Other primary duties and responsibilities include the following; however, Management reserves the right to assign or reassign other appropriate duties to this job at any time.
