THE OPPORTUNITY

Director, Digital Media Enterprise Sales Growth Strategy, will report to the Global VP of Digital Media Enterprise Sales. They will work closely with the Digital Media Enterprise Extended Leadership team to develop, manage and execute key initiatives and processes. The individual needs to possess excellent communication and story-telling skills, data analytics skills, and strong business acumen. The ideal candidate will assess business needs, identify gaps in strategic operations and "connect the dots" between people and projects. This role will need leadership experience in cross-functional and collaborative work environments to ensure success in this dynamic, high-impact position.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Help build long-term strategy and ongoing insights/analytics tying short-term execution and learnings into implications on long-term strategy.
  • Support Adobe's strategic business direction in alignment with the overall Digital Media Enterprise vision and strategy.
  • Support strategic planning - including the co-development and progress tracking of "big bets", ensuring the global strategy is implemented across regional organizations.
  • Lead global projects and strategic initiatives and work with relevant stakeholders to ensure project completion or appropriate handoff, including Executive Engagement programs, Business Value Selling and the transformation of the Go-To-Market.
  • Own business performance insights relating to Strategic Priorities, by driving the review cadence for quarterly progress towards achievements, presentations to the DMe Enterprise LT
  • Be the primary owner for all exec review documents ensuring information is up to date, accessible and relevant.
  • Support the Global VP of Digital Media Sales - and broader Digital Media leadership team - on prioritization and impact across key business initiatives
  • Be a great business partner and build a tight partnership across BU and Sales Ops stakeholders

What you need to succeed

  • Experience in strategic operational roles, partnering with senior leaders.
  • Excellent communication skills, written, verbal and through tools like PowerPoint.
  • Executive time management and organization.
  • Extraordinary ability to program-manage across complex operations.
  • Critical thinking skills and able to take sizable problems and break them into small meaningful pieces as well as being able to utilize data to derive insights from metrics.
  • Comfort with ambiguity, a can-do attitude and attention to operational details.
  • Ability to develop relationships and partnerships (internal and external) at all levels of the organization, exhibit strong leadership and influencing skills, and design, implement, and lead change management initiatives.
  • Ability to learn, grow and take on expanded duties as business needs evolve.
  • Excellent meeting design and facilitation skills.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $142,700 -- $276,500 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
