Job Details

We are seeking a Director, Global Talent Acquisition (TA) Operations to join our Global Talent Acquisition team, reporting to the Sr. Director, Global TA Operations & Enablement. This role requires a strategic thinker with passion for driving innovation, compliance, and productivity. The Director, Global TA Ops will manage complex global and regional projects in the talent acquisition and vendor management space. Assisting the Global Talent Acquisition leadership team to execute key initiatives that will reshape and optimize our TA model while ensuring compliance with both our recruitment processes and relevant laws and regulations impact recruiting.

The role requires operational expertise and cross-functional collaboration to ensure the seamless integration of global workforce strategies and the continued adoption of new digital tools and consistent global talent acquisition standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure standardization, productivity, and efficiency within the TA team by leveraging performance metrics, monitoring progress, and implementing best practices

  • Provide project management and support for ongoing initiatives led by the Global TA leadership

  • Evaluate vendors and service levels to provide insights about new and ongoing partnerships supporting the TA operating model and capabilities

  • Lead TA's partnership with Global Procurement team on new contract reviews, expansion of existing partnerships, and annual renewals to support the global team, as well as other teams within the Global Talent and Experience Center of Expertise (CoE)

  • Partner closely with HR, Legal, Finance, and other relevant departments to ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and contractual obligations

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement technical innovations that enhance the talent acquisition process, streamlining operations, and improving the hiring experience

  • Lead change management initiatives related to talent acquisition operations, ensuring smooth transitions and buy-in from stakeholders

  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages knowledge sharing and continuous improvement

  • Manage a high performing team of geographically dispersed direct reports

Experience and Education

  • 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition with a minimum of 3 years with operational and continuous improvement focus

  • Experience working in a global Talent Acquisition team strongly preferred

  • Experience working with hybrid recruitment models that leveraged external solutions/partnerships with RPO teams

  • Proven background in technical innovation with the ability to leverage technology and data to drive recruitment process improvements

  • Proven project management experience working with cross-functional internal teams and external vendors

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners

  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance laws impacting recruitment, with a demonstrated ability to ensure adherence and minimize risk
