Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Summer Temp Employee to support our Sales and Marketing teams. This is a great opportunity for students interested in healthcare, sales, marketing, or business to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and mission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the creation and organization of sales and marketing materials and collateral
• Assemble and prepare sales binders for internal and external use
• Package and ship product samples for trade shows and marketing events
• Maintain and organize marketing storage areas and collateral inventory
• Support general marketing and sales operations as needed

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to follow directions and manage multiple tasks independently
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Reliable, responsible, and eager to learn
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs for occasional shipping or organizing duties
