The Opportunity

Adobe is seeking an outstanding and motivated Executive Assistant to join our GenStudio Team in San Francisco, CA. This is an outstanding chance to support two Senior Directors and their Engineering Team, playing a crucial role in the daily operations and success of the team. You will work in a fast-paced environment where your outstanding organizational skills and proactive attitude will be highly valued.

What you'll Do
  • Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings and resolving engagements.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements; preparing detailed itineraries, acquiring travel visas, and addressing contingencies.
  • Prepare, submit, and track expense reports.
  • Plan and coordinate logistics for large meetings, group events, and off-sites.
  • Manage space planning with the leadership and facilities teams.
  • Act as a back-up to other assistants within the organization.
  • Purchase and track hardware, software, and office supplies.
  • Handle and maintain confidential materials with discretion.
  • Generate purchase requisitions and project expenses with the finance department.
  • Build and maintain team distribution lists.
  • Coordinate new hire logistics, including seating arrangements and equipment needs.
  • Support and own special projects as needed.
What you need to succeed
  • BA/BS degree or minimum of five years related experience in high tech or similarly paced industry.
  • Experience supporting Directors and Senior Directors.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Slack.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and timely follow-through.
  • Experience with cross-functional collaboration across the company.
  • Ability to balance multiple tasks and excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible and able to deal with change and uncertainty.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; integrity and discretion are essential.
  • Confident decision-making skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Execution and follow-through on tasks is a must.
  • Ability to work well with all levels of management, staff, and outside contacts.
  • Ability to travel between the San Francisco and San Jose offices.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $71,200 -- $152,000 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
