GENERAL FUNCTION

The NPI Inventory Coordinator will have responsibility for all things warehouse related for NPI. This includes moving material in and out of storage locations and picking material for orders. The Inventory Coordinator is also responsible for maintaining inventory integrity and organization within the NPI storage location.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage NPI storage location to insure physical inventory accuracy
• Receive components into storage location from engineers
• Process all NPIC milestones upon put away
• Own 5S of NPI storage location
• Provide feedback to NPI planner on what custom components are ready.
• Pick and deliver all components as needed for POs
• Work with Team lead to ensure 2nd shift has all requirements met
• Cost out components and finished goods to Engineering and product
• Sort samples for shipping to various regions

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• High School diploma
• 2+ years of experience in warehouse environment
• SAP experience
• Experience in using Microsoft Tools - Outlook, Excel, Word
• Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize
• English Fluent

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Understanding of Operations processes
• Understanding of assembly parts, bill of materials and assembly processes
• Bilingual in Spanish
• Continuous improvement/Lean six sigma experience

Pay Range: 21.19-28.44

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package.
