Design Lead

Position Details:

Job Title: Design Lead
Location: Burbank, CA (Hybrid Role)

Duration: 12 Months (With possible extension)

Pay Range: $75/Hr - $80/Hr on W2.

Tech Requirements:

• Figma - design & interaction tool
• Miro - business collaboration tool
• Jira - Project management and tracking
• Confluence - for documenting data
• MO365

Must Have Skills / Requirements

• Excellent leadership skills with experience in leading design within cross-functional teams and collaborating with diverse stakeholders
• 5+ years leading design teams
• Demonstrated ability to drive innovation, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement effective solutions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Portfolio based - Please include any passwords to review case studies on Cover Page and Supplier Notes on request.
• UX Design/Figma expertise
• 8+ years - Quality to be seen in Portfolio

Nice to Have Skills / Preferred Requirements

• Experience in designing Enterprise products.
• Experience in software design and development.
• Background in Finance, Media, or Entertainment.
